You can either buy a new or a second-hand caravan through Bovisand Lodge Holiday Park. On the basis that a plot is available, you could have a choice of caravan styles or a brand new option. To discuss your requirements, call Candice on 01752 403554.
A caravan can cost as little or as much as your budget allows. The cost does depend on the size, age and condition of the caravan. In general, the newer the caravan, the more you will pay. Most owners like to purchase newer caravans to ensure that they get maximum enjoyment. To give you an idea, caravans are generally upwards of £40,000, although second-hand caravans maybe less expensive.
Caravans may stay at Bovisand Lodge Holiday Park until they are 15 years old, with a possible yearly extension to 20 years.
Yes, owners wishing to sell should notify Bovisand Lodge Estate in writing. Sales are conducted through Bovisand Lodge Holiday Park with the seller paying commission to the company if sold privately.
Bovisand Lodge Holiday Park is open from 1st February to the end of October to maximise the season. Modern caravans are extremely well insulated and therefore holidays taken in early spring and late autumn can be the most enjoyable. Bovisand Lodge Holiday Park is a holiday park and not a residential park. Owners will be required to provide proof of their residential address.
Yes, the pool is open from 9.00am – 9.00pm every day from Easter to end of September.
From February to Easter and the end of September to the end of October we open of slightly reduced hours.

We have had a ‘no dogs’ policy for a number of years, which allows for a quieter environment enjoyed by all our owner occupiers and guests. However we do allow cats, parrots and even tortoises on the park!
No, commercial subletting is not allowed but family and friends may use the property.
Yes, there is a set of park rules for all owners and visitors. They are simple and sensible rules to ensure that everyone can enjoy their stay. Details will be provided as part of the sale process.
Owners are responsible for the maintenance of their own caravan but feel free to speak to us as we are able to do many things in house. We can also provide details of reliable local contractors.
All cars need to be parked in the central car parking area after you’ve dropped off your luggage. Bovisand Lodge Holiday Park attempts to minimise car traffic through the park, allowing for a quieter and safer environment for your family to enjoy.
Yes, there are 27 acres to explore and there is direct access to the beach and SW coastal footpaths.
