This picture shows the public beach that is at the foot of Bovisand Lodge Holiday Park. You can see the the jetty in the foreground – this was used to moor passenger boats.
You can still see the remains of the jetty today. It is affectionally called the “cheese” and we love to scramble and climb on it at low tide.
