We are located in a peaceful wooded valley at the foot of Bovisand Beach in South Devon, just 15 minutes from Plymouth.

Our postcode is PL9 0AA. Because we are in a rural coastal location, we recommend using the travel directions we send before arrival rather than relying solely on Sat Nav.

Is this a holiday park with direct beach access in Devon?

Yes. We are one of the few South Devon holiday parks with direct beach access.

A safe sandy public beach is just 50 metres from the park, reached via a short path. Two additional beaches are within a few minutes’ walk.

Do you have an indoor swimming pool?

Yes. We have an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, open all year round, making us ideal for spring, autumn and winter breaks in Devon.

What accommodation types are available?

We offer:

Lodges – sleeps 6

3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious interior with wooden terraces, lawn areas and outdoor seating. Includes bed linen, towels, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, gas BBQ, Tassimo coffee machine and more.

Apartments – sleeps 1-4

1 and 2 bedrooms, Sea views, Patio terrace with outdoor seating, gas BBQ. Linen and towels included. (Suitable for families with children aged 5+.)

Caravans – sleeps 6

2 and 3 bedrooms, Includes linen, excellent value option with lawn area and picnic bench. Perfect for couples or small families.

What is the difference between a lodge, apartment and caravan?

Lodges – Most spacious, fully equipped, ideal for longer stays
Apartments – Comfortable, great for couples and small families
Caravans – Affordable, well-equipped and ideal for shorter breaks

What is included in the accommodation?

All accommodation includes:

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

Bank transfer

Credit card (excluding Amex)

A 25% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due one month before arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

More than 28 days before arrival – Full refund
14–28 days – 50% refund
7–14 days – 25% refund
Less than 7 days – No refund

We always try to offer alternative dates where possible.

Do you offer discounts or short breaks?

Yes, outside school holidays we offer:

4 nights for the price of 3 (Mon–Fri)
Under-occupancy discounts for 2 guests in a caravan
£100 off 2-week bookings
5% loyalty discount for returning guests

We also offer short breaks in South Devon (3 and 4 nights).

Is parking available?

Yes, free parking is available in our main car park.

For safety reasons, we ask guests not to park directly beside accommodation except for loading and unloading.

Do you have EV charging?

Yes, we have a 2-point electric vehicle charger on-site.
Guests will need their own cable and the Monta EV Charging app.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.

Is smoking permitted?

We operate a strict no smoking or vaping policy inside all accommodation.

Can supermarkets deliver to the park?

Yes, major supermarkets deliver to the park.
Please ask drivers to call at the Lodge on arrival and inform us of your delivery slot.
