The Box is Plymouth’s new museum, art gallery and cultural centre. Nine permanent galleries showcase The Box’s incredible collections including 14 monumental ships’ figureheads, thousands of natural history specimens, a full-size woolly mammoth replica, wonderful works of art, amazing archive film and photography, and fascinating documents, maps and plans. Entry to the Box is free and there’s no need to book.
